    Leave your name and business: we call you back and open your gym on Yeki.

  2. We bring everything in

    Classes, memberships and members are imported from a file. Nothing has to be copied by hand.

    They book in the app and check in with a QR code. With the app under your name, they find it on the stores with your brand.

Is the management software free?

Yes, with no subscription fee. You only pay if you choose an ad or the app with your own brand.

Can I set up my gym myself?

Yes. In the Yeki app, tap «Bring your business»: in seven steps you choose the type of business, the name, how you work, where you are, how people join and your specialties, then confirm with a code we email you. No approval from us is needed. If you prefer, we do it together: write to us from the form.

What do I do myself, and what do you switch on?

You set up the gym's page, classes and memberships, recurring sessions, staff, members from a file and the link or QR code to join. We switch on online payments in the app, door access with QR and your branded app: just ask.

How does Yeki make money?

From Plus and the Pass, which people pay for; from a small service fee paid by whoever buys in the app; from ads; and from apps branded for a gym.

Do I get the full price of my memberships?

Yes, in your account. The service fee is paid by the buyer, and you can choose to cover it yourself in the settings.

How much does Yeki pay me for a Pass visit?

A set amount for each visit, agreed with you before you join the network. Payouts arrive every month.

I already use management software. Can I switch to Yeki?

Yes. Members and memberships are imported from a file, and your business is ready in an afternoon.

How do I set up classes, memberships and the timetable?

From the management area of the app you create classes and memberships, each with its options (for example 10 visits or monthly) and its price. Then you create the sessions that repeat every week, with their spots, and choose how many days ahead the calendar fills itself.

How do I bring in the members I already have?

Upload an Excel or CSV file from the app, with column headings in English, check the rows and invite everyone at once. For newcomers there is the gym's link: print it as a QR code for the front desk or send it in a chat.

How do members pay me?

At the front desk you record sales in cash, by card or by bank transfer, and members find them in their app. We switch on online payments in the app for your gym: write to us and we do it.

Can I add instructors and staff?

Yes: invite the people who work with you from the app, instructors, managers and front desk staff, each with their own role. Staff and business settings stay with the owner.

When do people find my gym in Explore?

When the profile is complete: name, type, how you work, address with its position on the map and at least one photo. From then on it appears in Explore, and you can take it out whenever you like.

How much does the app with my brand cost?
