How can it be free? How Yeki makes money
It is the first thing every owner asks, so here is the full answer. Yeki earns in four ways, and none of them is a fee for your gym.
You receive the full price of your memberships. The service fee is paid by the buyer and shown before they pay, and you can choose to cover it yourself in the settings. Members with Plus or the Pass pay no fee at all.

- Ads, which any business can choose to buy, by area and by day
- Apps with a gym's own brand, for the gyms and chains that want one
Can I sell memberships and class packs in the app?
Yes, your whole price list: monthly memberships, class packs, drop-in classes and trials. Members buy from their phone and the money goes straight into your bank account, with instalments included.
Outstanding balances and reminders take one tap. Discount codes and gift cards are there for your promotions and for the members who want to give a few classes to a friend.
How does check-in work, at reception and at the turnstile?
Every member has a check-in QR code on their phone and in their Wallet. They show it at reception or scan it at the turnstile, and the visit is logged. No cards to print, no fobs to hand out.
Leads and trials are handled at reception too, from the first visit up to the first purchase, so nobody who tried a class gets lost on a sticky note.
Will it help me keep members, not just sign them up?
A membership is only renewed if people keep using it. Coaches write workout plans and circuits with exercise videos, and on the gym floor the coach can log the sets for the person training.
Chat, announcements, events and team challenges keep your community close. And Yeki shows you the members at risk of leaving, while there is still time to talk to them.
The version we recommend: with your brand
The software is free and stays complete. But if you want your gym to grow, we recommend the gym app with your own brand: members download an app with your name, your colors and your logo from the stores, with the same management inside.

How do I switch from my current software?
Your members and their memberships are imported from a file, and your business is ready in an afternoon.
Before you give notice to your current provider, ask them for an export of your members and their active memberships. That file is all you need to start, and you keep your old records as they are.
