Who signs the meal plan?
You do. On Yeki a meal plan always comes from a nutritionist: never from a trainer and never from an automated program. Your name is on it, and your client knows who wrote it.
That rule protects your work and your client. Trainers on Yeki write training plans, and when a client asks them about food, the answer is a nutritionist.
Can I follow what my client eats between visits?
Yes. Your client logs meals in the food diary app, and you follow them from yours. You see how the plan is going in daily life, not just what they remember on the day of the visit.
With Plus, clients can also log macros and meal photos, for the cases where you want to see more detail.
How do follow-up visits work?
Follow-up visits go in your calendar, and clients book them in the app. First consultations and check-ups sit in the same place, so your week is in one view.
Chat with the client between visits answers the small questions before they turn into a missed week.
What changes when the client also has a trainer?
Everything is in one place. The training plan and the meal plan sit side by side in the same app, each signed by the professional who wrote it, with no screenshots of PDFs passed around in a chat.
Your client stops juggling two apps and two sets of messages, and each of you stays in your own field: their trainer writes the training with the same personal trainer software, you write the food.
How do I get paid?
In the app. You sell single visits and packages, and the money goes straight into your bank account, with instalments when you offer them.
Outstanding balances and reminders take one tap, and discount codes and gift cards are there if you want them.
What does it cost?
Nothing for you: the app is free, with no subscription fee and no price per client. Your clients use it free too, with your meal plan and your chat included in full.
When a client buys from you in the app, a small service fee is added to your price and shown before they pay, unless they have Plus or the Pass. You receive your full price, and you can choose to cover the fee yourself.
