Every session with its trainer and its spots
One-to-one sessions, pairs and small groups sit in the same calendar, each with its trainer and as many spots as you decide. Clients book a free slot from the app, and you see the whole studio's day on one screen.
Sessions that repeat every week are set up once. If a client cancels before the deadline you chose, the spot opens again; if the session is full, the first person on the waiting list takes it.
Session packs, memberships and instalments
Sell packs of 10 or 20 sessions, monthly memberships and single sessions, in instalments too. Clients buy in the app, the money is paid into your account, and every booked session comes off their pack.
Who still has to pay is in one list, and the reminder goes out from there: no accounts kept in your head between one trainer and the next.
Workout plans with videos, written for each client
Each trainer writes their clients' plans, with a video for every exercise, sets, reps and loads. In the studio the trainer logs the sets for the client; when the client trains alone, they log them from their phone.
Max lifts, body measurements and before and now stay in the client's history, so if they move to another trainer in the studio, the work done is not lost.
Health history and pain, where they are needed
Clients write down injuries, aches and medication with their consent, and their trainer reads them before the session; after the first consultation the trainer can update them.
If a client feels pain during a set, they report it from the exercise they are doing: the trainer finds it in the chat, at the top of what needs an answer.
Clients drifting away, before they disappear
Yeki shows you the clients who used to come often and have been booking much less in recent weeks. You see them in a list, with the reason, and their trainer can reach out before the pack runs out without a renewal.
