What can I sell in the app?
Your whole price list. Members buy from their phone, at any hour, and staff can sell the same things at reception.
- Memberships, monthly or for the period you choose
- Class packs for members who come once or twice a week
- Single classes and drop-ins for visitors and occasional members
- Trials for people who want to try before they join
- Discount codes for launches and quiet months, and gift cards members can give
Where does the money go?
Straight into your own bank account, and you receive the full price of your memberships.
When a member buys in the app, a small service fee is added to your price and shown before they pay. Members with Plus or Yeki Pass pay no fee, and you can choose to cover it yourself in the settings, so your members pay exactly your price.
How do I see who still has to pay?
In one list. Outstanding balances and renewals sit together, and a reminder to the member takes one tap, so nobody at reception has to keep a notebook of who owes what.
Memberships can be paid in instalments when you offer them, and each instalment is followed in the same place. A member who is behind gets a reminder from the app, not an awkward conversation at the desk.
How are trials and new members handled?
Contacts and trials are handled at reception, from the first visit up to the first purchase. The person who came for a free class on Tuesday is still on your list on Friday, instead of on a sticky note that gets lost.
When they decide to join, they buy the membership in the app or at the desk, and their history starts from that first visit.
How does the membership connect to bookings and the door?
The membership decides what a member can do. It lets them book classes from the timetable, and it is what the reader checks at the door or turnstile before it opens. When a membership runs out, booking and entry stop without anyone having to chase a card.
That is why memberships, the class booking app and check-in live in the same place. A member who is refused at the door on an expired membership can renew from their phone there and then.
Will it help me keep members, not just bill them?
Yes. Yeki shows you the members at risk of leaving before they go, with the reason each person is on the list, so a coach can get in touch while a renewal is still likely. Our guide on gym member retention explains what to do with that list each week.
Chat, announcements, events and challenges keep members close, and workout plans with exercise videos give them a reason to come back.
What does it cost?
Nothing for your business. Memberships and payments are part of Yeki's free gym management software, together with the timetable, bookings, check-in and training: no subscription, no tier and no price per member.
If you are comparing offers, our guide on how much gym software costs shows the fees to look for, from payment charges to setup.
