What the pool software includes
The same software runs the pool, the swim school and the gym floor, if you have one. Reception uses it on a phone and teachers use it on a tablet at the poolside. It includes:
- swimming lessons and recurring sessions, with a set number of places for every time slot
- a waiting list that moves up on its own when a place opens
- memberships, lesson packs and single swims for sale in the app, with instalments
- a QR code for entry on every member's phone and in their Wallet, with turnstile integration
- announcements and chat with members, in the same app they book with
Swimming lessons with places for every time slot
Each lesson has its own weekly timetable, its own teacher and a number of places. You set it up once and it repeats on its own. Children's lessons, adult lessons, aqua aerobics and lane swimming are separate sessions, each with its own places.
Members book from the class booking app, and reception books for anyone who phones. Both count against the same places, so a time slot can't be filled twice.
Waiting list and cancellation window
When a lesson is full, the next person joins the waiting list. If someone cancels, the place goes to the first person on the list. Reception doesn't have to ring anyone.
You decide how late members can cancel. They see the cancellation window in the app before they book, so the rule is the same for everyone.
Memberships and lesson packs sold in the app
Put memberships, lesson packs and single swims on sale. A course of ten swimming lessons, for example, is sold as a pack. Members buy from their phone, with instalments if you offer them, and the money goes into the pool's bank account.
Outstanding balances sit in one list, and reminders go out from there. Discount codes and gift cards are included. The details are on our page about membership payments.
QR entry and turnstile integration
At the door, members show the QR code on their phone or in their Wallet. If the pool has a turnstile, Yeki connects to it and lets in anyone with a valid membership.
Every visit is logged with the date and time. People who come for a trial lesson are followed at reception up to their first purchase.
Announcements, chat and new swimmers through Yeki Pass
A pool closed for maintenance or a lesson moved to another time goes out as an announcement, and every member sees it in the app. For individual questions there is chat between members and staff.
If you like, open some time slots to people with Yeki Pass. They find you in the app, book and check in with a QR code. Yeki pays you for every visit, at a rate agreed before you join the network.
What it costs
The software is free, with every feature and no subscription fee. Members who buy in the app pay a small service fee, which they see before paying. You can choose to cover it yourself in the settings.
If you want members to download an app with the pool's name, there is the version with your own brand, priced on request. Every item is set out on our plans page.
