How do I set up classes by belt, age or level?
As recurring classes, each with its own number of places: little dragons on Saturday morning, juniors after school, adult beginners, coloured belts, black belts, sparring and open mat. The timetable repeats every week, and one-to-one sessions sit in the same calendar.
It works for karate, judo, taekwondo, jiu-jitsu, BJJ, kickboxing, Muay Thai, MMA and boxing alike: any class with a set number of places on the mat. The booking rules are the same as in our class booking app.
Can I sell memberships, class packs and pay as you go?
Yes. Members buy monthly or longer memberships, class packs or single classes in the app, or at reception. The money goes straight into your bank account, with instalments when you offer them.
Outstanding balances and reminders take one tap, so the conversation at the end of a session is about technique, not fees. Discount codes cover family and sibling offers, and gift cards make a first month easy to give. More on our page about gym membership software.
How do I track attendance?
Every member has a QR code on their phone and in their Wallet. They show it at reception or scan it at the door or turnstile, and the visit is logged with the name and the time. Your register fills itself, class after class.
Before a grading, you can see how often each student has trained. The decision on who is ready stays with you and your instructors, as it should.
How do I run gradings, seminars and competitions?
Publish them as events in the app: the next grading, a seminar with a visiting instructor, a competition weekend, an inter-club session. Members see the date and the details next to their timetable.
Announcements reach the whole club for a change of venue or a new class, chat answers the questions in between, and challenges keep students training towards something.
Can coaches give fighters a strength and conditioning plan?
Yes. Coaches write workout plans and circuits with exercise videos for strength and conditioning, fight camps or getting back after a break. Members log their sets on their phone, and on the gym floor the coach can log them for the person training.
Personal bests and body measurements show progress over time, and the history is never deleted.
Will it help me keep members?
Yeki shows you the members at risk of leaving before they go, with the reason each one is on the list, such as fewer visits than usual. In a club, that is often the student who stopped coming after a hard grading or an injury, and a message from their instructor brings them back.
Our guide on gym member retention explains what to do with that list each week.
What does it cost?
Nothing for the club. Classes, memberships, payments, attendance, events and chat are all part of Yeki's free management app, with no subscription and no price per member. A small service fee is added when someone buys in the app, shown before they pay, and you can choose to cover it yourself.
