What you'll do
- Build the server in NestJS and TypeScript, with PostgreSQL and Prisma, and job queues on Redis
- Design the APIs for the iOS and Android apps and the admin panel, with contracts tested against the server's own validator
- Work on bookings, memberships, payments and check-ins, where a mistake costs someone money
- Keep the brands together: gyms with their own app on the same server, each with its own data
- Release with care: migrations, a note for every change, testing before production
Who we're looking for
- At least three years of backend work in Node.js and TypeScript
- You know PostgreSQL well: data models, indexes, migrations without downtime
- You write tests that go red when something breaks
- You like to understand the rule before writing the code
Nice to have
- Experience with payments and recurring subscriptions
- Multi-tenant systems, with several clients on the same server
- Docker and Linux servers
